Requests for a free on-site estimate are subject to our review, service area, availability, site access, and property conditions. An estimate request or preliminary discussion is not a final quote, promise to perform work, or binding agreement.
The actual project scope, price, materials, schedule, warranty terms, permits, payment terms, change-order procedures, and other project-specific conditions will be stated only in a separate written proposal or contract accepted by both parties. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding the project, the signed project agreement controls.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information; use the website lawfully; have authority or permission to request an estimate or work concerning the property; provide reasonably safe and authorized site access; and notify us about known hazards, animals, access limitations, homeowners’ association requirements, utility concerns, or other property conditions that may affect an estimate or project.
